# Terms of Service for Fursuit Commissions **Last updated: January 2026** Welcome to the workshop. To ensure a clear, safe, and professional experience, these terms apply to all fursuit and partial commissions. --- ## 1. About the Artist and Style Each fursuit is handmade and one of a kind. The final result reflects the artist’s personal interpretation of the approved design. Minor adjustments may be made during the process, but an exact replica of digital references cannot be guaranteed. --- ## 2. Requirements to Start a Commission * A **complete and up-to-date refsheet** is required. If you do not have one, it can be commissioned separately. * A **brief interview** will be scheduled to confirm expectations, measurements, and estimated timelines. * No work will begin until these requirements are fulfilled. --- ## 3. Payments * A **deposit is required** to begin any commission. The deposit is **50% of the total price**. When purchasing through the website, payment in installments by credit card is available. * The remaining balance must be paid in parts or before delivery, as previously agreed. * Deposits are **non-refundable under any circumstances**. * Payments are accepted only through the available methods at the time of booking. --- ## 4. Production Time * Estimated production time is provided when the commission is accepted. * Timelines may vary due to material availability, suit complexity, or workload. * The client will be informed in case of any significant delays. --- ## 5. Changes, Adjustments, and Corrections * Minor design changes may be requested before construction begins. * Once production has started, **major design changes are not accepted**. * Size adjustments or fit corrections after delivery may be quoted separately. --- ## 6. Shipping and Delivery * Shipping and packaging costs are the client’s responsibility. * The artist is not responsible for damages caused during shipping or transport. --- ## 7. Cancellations * If the client cancels the commission, the deposit and any payments made are forfeited. * If the artist must cancel due to exceptional circumstances, all payments made up to that point will be refunded. --- ## 8. Image Use and Promotion * The artist reserves the right to share photos and videos of the process and the finished product. * If the client wishes to remain anonymous, this must be requested before the commission begins. --- ## 9. Product Use Conditions * Fursuits are intended for recreational, artistic, and social use. * Improper use, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to hazardous situations voids any warranty. --- ## 10. Warranty * A limited **30-day warranty** is provided for construction-related defects. * This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance. --- ## 11.
